Reviews and Ratings
I had an overall decent stay at Ibis Cardiff Centre. The location was superb, just a stone's throw from events at the Motorpoint Arena and close to shopping. However, I found the breakfast options to be limited compared to other Ibis hotels, which was a bit disappointing. Also, my room, while generally clean, had a few issues—like uncomfortable pillows that led to some neck pain. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff really made me feel welcomed during my visit. 😊
I had a mixed experience during my stay at Ibis Cardiff Centre. The hotel's location was fantastic for attending a concert since it was just a short walk to the venue. However, the noisy environment from nearby train tracks and rowdy guests disrupted my sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but the dining options, particularly breakfast, left much to be desired. Overall, it's a decent choice for a short stay, especially for events, but not for a luxury escape. 🎶😴
I recently stayed at the Ibis Cardiff Centre for a couple of nights. The location was ideal, being close to the city centre and event venues like the Motorpoint Arena. The room itself was clean and had a comfortable bed, but I faced some issues with noise from the ensuite bathroom door and a warm room that the air conditioning couldn't quite fix. Overall, while the hotel was affordable and had a decent breakfast selection, there were aspects that could use improvement.
My recent stay at Ibis Cardiff Centre had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. However, the room I received was quite disappointing—worn-out carpets and a lack of decor left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was a silver lining, offering a good variety, but the room definitely feels like it’s in need of an overhaul.
I had a mixed experience at Ibis Cardiff Centre. The friendly staff really stood out and made me feel welcome, but my room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. While the location was convenient for attending a concert at the Motorpoint Arena, the state of the room impacted my overall enjoyment of the stay.
